What's included in the price from €899?
The one-time price from €899 covers the complete setup: deploying and styling a modern theme to your brand, importing products and categories, configuring payment gateways, carriers and invoicing, connecting your domain with SSL, and handing over the finished store. The final price depends on scope — mainly the number of products and the integrations you need. The monthly plan for running the store is separate.
Is €899 a one-time amount, or do I also pay monthly?
From €899 is a one-time fee for our team's setup work. You then pay monthly for running the store based on your chosen plan — Starter from €16.20, Medium €42 or Partner €96. The monthly plan includes all 270+ Merzio features.
How is this different from building the store myself?
With the regular build-your-own approach you set the store up yourself in our admin — it's free during the trial and you only pay the monthly plan. With a turnkey setup we do all the work for a one-time fee from €899. Choose based on whether you want to save time or money.
How is this different from a turnkey migration?
A turnkey migration (from €899) moves an existing store from another platform to Merzio — we transfer your products, orders and settings. A turnkey setup builds a brand-new store from scratch. If you're starting out, you want the setup. If you're switching from elsewhere, you want the migration.
How long does the setup take?
Typically 5–10 business days from receiving your assets, depending on the number of products and the scope of integrations. We'll confirm the exact timeline once we've looked at your materials.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo and basic company details, a list of products (ideally as a spreadsheet or an export from your old system) with images, and details for payments and shipping. We guide you through it all and tell you exactly what we need.
Can I edit the store myself after launch?
Yes, the store is entirely yours after handover, and we train you to run it. The theme isn't a locked template — change the look, sections and text anytime in the no-code Page Builder (drag-and-drop), and for deeper changes the same admin includes a code editor with custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
