Can I use a custom domain?

Yes, every store on Merzio can use a custom domain with an automatically issued SSL certificate via Cloudflare.

How much does Merzio cost?

Every new store gets 14 days free with full access — no credit card required. After that, the first 3 months cost €1 per month. Then you choose a plan: Idea (€16.00/month, 100 products), Start-up (€32.00/month, 1,000 products), Store (€52.00/month, 5,000 products) or Partner (€96.00/month, 50,000 products). Prices exclude VAT. All plans include the same 270+ features; yearly billing saves up to 19%.

Do you support B2B sales?

Yes. Merzio offers customer groups with individual pricing, VIES VAT number validation, and automatic reverse-charge detection for EU B2B orders.

How does shipping work?

Merzio has native integrations with Packeta, GLS, DHL, PPL, and Slovenská Pošta. Labels are generated directly from the admin panel and shipment tracking is automatic.

Is my data secure?

Your store's data is fully isolated from other stores on the platform. Your data is completely separated.

Can I also sell services?

Yes, Merzio supports service bookings with availability calendar, capacity limits, and online payments alongside regular physical and digital products.
